Many of the women I work with are high-functioning, capable, and deeply responsible. They are often balancing demanding careers, relationships, and family expectations while carrying a strong internal pressure to keep everything together. From the outside, it may look like things are going well, you may be seen as reliable, competent, and someone who has it figured out.
But internally, the experience can feel very different. You might find yourself overthinking interactions, feeling emotionally exhausted, or questioning your relationships even when nothing is clearly “wrong.” There can be a sense of constantly holding yourself together, pushing through, or managing emotions privately without enough space to slow down and process what you’re actually feeling. In relationships, this may show up as anxiety, emotional distance, or difficulty trusting and fully relaxing with another person.
In our work together, we focus on understanding the deeper emotional patterns shaping these experiences. This often includes exploring attachment dynamics, relational history, perfectionism, and the ways you may have learned to stay in control or emotionally self-reliant as a way of coping. Many women I work with have already done personal growth work or therapy before, but still feel stuck in the same relational cycles, insight has not yet translated into felt change.
