I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to answer any questions and help determine if we’re a good fit.

Appointments
I provide weekly teletherapy sessions to ensure consistent progress. Meaningful, long-lasting change takes time, and I encourage clients to be compassionate and patient with themselves throughout the therapeutic process.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.​​
