I work with women to develop self-awareness, self-compassion, and a grounded sense of identity. Together, we address patterns of chronic shame, self-doubt, or harsh inner critique, transforming them into supportive, empowering ways of thinking.

Clients learn to trust their own judgment, strengthen self-esteem, and manage perfectionism with gentleness. Therapy supports women in setting boundaries, prioritizing self-care, and reconnecting with their authentic desires and values. By learning to process emotions healthily and soften the inner critic shaped by early experiences, women develop resilience, confidence, and the ability to approach life and relationships with openness and self-assurance.
